6. By entering credit card info at the customer service desk Kiosk, a customer can activate the process of product delivery. Once completed the store personnel bring the purchased item to the customer.
If any part order is placed via online storefront after the store’s closing hours, then the prospective customer will receive an e-mail notification regarding the order process the following business day. Sears has made it possible for its thousands of customers to shop online at any hour of the day from the comfort of their homes or offices and yet get notified about the status of their purchases within the next business day. The customer has the additional benefit of picking up his merchandise from the nearest Sears store provided the store has his or her purchased item in stock.
However, these types of purchase options are not available for their jewelry and watch products and their spare parts.
